Our staff comprise of sports coaches and teachers who have graduated from university and or possess many year's experience of working with children. All staff have a current enhanced DBS, first aid / food hygiene certificates and have received anaphylaxis training.
It was a conscious decision of ours to employ university graduates as they interact very well with the children and have boundless energy levels.
Ace have in place policies and procedures in respect of Child protection, bullying and behaviour as well as general policies and procedures relating to other matters which may arise from time to time. Senior staff members have local authority safeguarding and child protection certification. All staff are trained in the application of our policies and hold safeguarding and child protection certificates.
They also carry out safety checks/risk assessments prior to the commencement of each session to ensure that the designated play areas are safe for children.
