Booking: Please book 3 weeks before the start of the club.

Refund Policy: ACE will only refund the cost of the day if we cancel any of the sessions.

Late Collection: Please be aware that ACE operate a late collection policy. The cost of late collection is £20 per every 20 minutes.

Booking your child’s place

Click on the Activity Centre of your choice below to open up a booking form. Complete and click submit.

When making your booking

Your booking will be confirmed by telephone or email. Payment should be made by bank transfer (details below)

Please use your child's name as the reference along with the initial of the Club: BC for Breakfast Club, ASC for After School Club, DC for Dance Club, FC for Football Club, GM for Gymnastics  Club and TC for Tennis Club.

Payment
